At Bluffton Jasper County Volunteers in Medicine (BJVIM), we understand that oral health is essential to overall health and well-being. Through our state-of-the-art Magro Dental Clinic, we are proud to provide compassionate, high-quality dental care to uninsured adults in our community.
Opened in August 2020, the Magro Dental Clinic was made possible through the extraordinary generosity of William and Sheryl Magro, along with additional support from The Bargain Box, The Community Foundation of the Lowcountry, Delta Dental of South Carolina, First Nonprofit Foundation, South Carolina Physicians Care Charity, and The Truist Foundation. Their investment helped transform a long-held vision into reality, expanding BJVIM’s ability to care for the whole patient.
Designed with patient comfort and quality care in mind, our modern dental clinic features contemporary dental chairs, advanced digital technology, wide-screen computer systems, and panoramic X-ray equipment. Under the leadership of Dr. Ed Wise, Dental Director, and with the dedicated support of Linda Wolff, Dental Office Manager, along with our committed volunteer dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants, BJVIM provides comprehensive dental services in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Our dental team is dedicated to helping patients improve and maintain their oral health while making each visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
