DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

In partnership with the Executive Director, the Development Director (DD) will provide strategic, visionary leadership to create a comprehensive development program to attract resources to support  Bluffton Jasper Volunteers in Medicine financially and ensure its long-term sustainability. The DD will create and execute an annual development strategy to increase support from individual donors, the faith community, community support organizations, businesses, and foundations. The DD will be responsible for coordinating the annual fundraising event Bourbon & Bubbly. This is a 32 hour paid work week with additional hours as needed.
