Congratulations to all staff, volunteers and Board of Directors of BJVIM for winning not one but two awards from the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce! On April 8th at the annual Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Golden Oyster Awards dinner, Pam Toney (Executive Director of BJVIM) was presented with the award for the 2021 Non-Profit of the Year as well as the prestigious Pearl Award for the Chamber member who made the most difference in our community.
When filling out the application for the awards in February, Pam said that she stressed the continued success of the BJVIM clinics was a direct result of the hard work of the staff, volunteers, and Board of Directors. The hard work was especially noted during the last two years as we all navigated the COVID pandemic. Everyone affiliated with the clinic goes well beyond their job description to provide services to our patients.
“I cannot express the excitement I felt upon accepting these two awards on behalf of all who work and volunteer at the clinics!” explained Pam Toney. “All of our staff, volunteers and Board members do an amazing job. And I am so very, very honored to work alongside each of you!”
Congratulations to everyone at BJVIM!
